Parlofi uses Xero's official OAuth 2.0 integration. You authorise access in two clicks - Parlofi never sees your Xero password. We use read-only access to pull your P&L, bank balances, aged debtors, and invoices. You can disconnect at any time from your settings page.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Your Xero OAuth tokens are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption. We use Supabase for authentication with JWT verification, and row-level security ensures your data is completely isolated from other organisations.

You can connect Parlofi to any Xero account you have access to. The one thing we recommend is that each Parlofi account uses a Xero login that hasn't been used to authorise Parlofi from another Parlofi account. If you and a colleague both sign up for Parlofi separately and both authorise it using the same Xero login, the second connection can invalidate the first. Stick to one Parlofi account per Xero login and you'll never see this. If you're not sure, just sign in and try — Parlofi will tell you if there's a problem.
